With the temperatures rising, people start to get tired, easily sleeply especially in the afternoon. You will find it is unable to concentrate. In order to enhance work productivity, there are some tips shared with you.
1. Do some things that you’re interested in, like drinking a cup of coffee/ checking your Facebook/ chatting with your coworkers.
2.Do some exercise, like Stretching. Stretching can help your mind keep calm and provide a mental break. It also gives your body a chance to recharge, Just a little time each day.
3. Drink cold water when you feel sleepy, which will make your mind clear immediately.
4. Chew some “spicy” gum.
5. Wash face with cold water.
